Learn how to load and unload your Ruger Mini 14. Always start off with a cleared out firearm. With the Garand style receiver, there are a few ways to chamber check the status of the mini-14.

You can load the Ruger Mini 14 magazines which come in either a 5,10, 20 or 30 round magazine or a drum magazine. Insert it into the magazine well then lock the magazine.
